End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: August 22, 2025

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE ANTIDOXXIDANT APPLICATION ("SOFTWARE").

BY INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA.

1. Parties

This EULA is a legal agreement between you ("User," "You") and AntiDoxxidant ("Licensor," "We," "Us").

2. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, AntiDoxxidant grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal or professional privacy protection purposes as described in the app documentation.

3. Restrictions on Use

You may not:

Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Reproduce, distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software to third parties
Use the Software for unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing purposes
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features or protections
Use the Software outside the scope permitted by this Agreement

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Software and all related content, code, design, and materials are owned by AntiDoxxidant. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

Your data, including account, device, and social media information, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using the Software, you consent to data collection, storage, and usage as necessary to provide app functionality, security alerts, and analytics.

6. Updates and Upgrades

AntiDoxxidant may provide periodic updates or upgrades to the Software.

Such updates may be mandatory and subject to the terms of this EULA.

7. Term and Termination

This Agreement begins upon installation and remains in effect until terminated.

AntiDoxxidant may terminate this EULA immediately if you breach any term.

Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease using the Software; all license rights revert to AntiDoxxidant.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

ANTI-DOXXIDANT MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AntiDoxxidant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Software, including loss of data, security breaches, or third-party acts.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AntiDoxxidant, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use or misuse of the Software.

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

Disputes will be resolved exclusively through courts located in Ontario.

12. Subscription, Payment, and Auto-Renewals

If you subscribe to paid features, you agree to the posted payment terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with our published cancellation process.

13. General Provisions

This EULA comprises the entire agreement between you and AntiDoxxidant regarding Software use.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

No amendment or waiver of this EULA is effective unless in writing and signed by AntiDoxxidant.
